Managing Partner, Scott M. Weitz, J.D., LL.M

A Seattle native, Scott Weitz grew up in North Seattle where he attended Blanchet High School. Scott centers his practice primarily on business and real estate transactions, business formation and organization, estate planning, and taxation. Scott has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Arizona State University and earned a Juris Doctorate after attending Arizona State University College of Law and Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. After law school, Scott received a Master’s Degree in Tax Law (LL.M.) from the University of Washington to better address his clients’ business, estate planning, and taxation issues. Scott routinely represents homeowners in lender negotiations, foreclosure mediations, and foreclosure litigation.

Associate Attorney, R. Bryan Kidder, J.D.

Bryan Kidder’s practice is focused on representing debtors in consumer bankruptcy (Chapter 7 and 13 cases). Bryan also has extensive experience in creditor representation and debt collection defense and handles matters in the areas of estate planning (including Medicaid planning), real estate, and business. Bryan earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Washington and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston. Bryan regularly volunteers his knowledge and services at the Eastside Legal Assistance Program in Bellevue. Bryan is an Eagle Scout who loves traveling and exploring the great outdoors.

Associate Attorney, Collin Roberts, J.D., MBA

Collin Roberts is an avid golfer who earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Point Loma Nazarene University where he played on the golf team. Collin then went on to earn his Juris Doctorate and Masters in Business Administration at the Seattle University School of Law and Albers School of Business & Economics. Collin’s practice focuses on small business formation and organization, real estate, sports law, and trademark law.  Collin spends his free time playing golf, wiffleball, brewing craft beers and hanging out with his lovely wife Kelley.

Associate Attorney, Andrea Seymoure, J.D.

Andrea Seymoure graduated from Seattle University School of Law where she helped set up and train high school students for Seattle’s first youth traffic court. Prior to graduating from law school, Andrea clerked for the United States Attorney’ s Office in Boise, Idaho and managed a group of attorneys to produce a comprehensive foreclosure guide for Washington homeowners. Andrea handles matters in the areas of real estate, landlord-tenant disputes and unlawful detainers, business, and bankruptcy. In her free time, Andrea enjoys traveling, long-distance running, reading, and baking.
