Managing Partner Scott M. Weitz, Esq Mr. Weitz is a graduate of Blanchet High School in Seatle, WA. He earned a B.S. in Business Management from Arizona State University, and Juris Doctorate after attending Arizona State Univeristy College of Law and Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, CA. Additionally, Mr. Weitz has earned an LLM in Taxation Law from the University of Washington to better address the needs of clients with Business, Estate Planning, and Tax Dispute issues. Prior to beginning his own practice, Mr. Weitz worked for Gaylord Sports, a sports management agency in Scottsdale, AZ. where he performed legal work for many professional athletes. In addition, Mr. Weitz worked with Allstate Insurance in the Business Development division from 2002- 2004. Counsel Vijay Gosalia
Mr. Vijay Gosalia received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Creighton University with a concentration in Finance as well as a Masters Degree in Finance from Seattle University. Mr. Gosalia has earned an LLM in Taxation Law from the University of Washington, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Kansas.
Mr. Gosalia currently serves as a volunteer attorney at the University of Washington Federal Tax Clinic. From 2006 through 2009 he worked as a contract attorney providing legal support in complex litigation cases to some of the top firms in Seattle. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Gosalia worked at Zurich Investments providing financial services to clients. He has a well rounded background in Business and Law which allows him to address business and taxation issues with a critical eye for the ‘bottom line’.
